Polycom's POLY AL laminates are composites of co-polymer film coated on either side of aluminium foil. The lamination is done by "Fusion processes".

PRODUCT DETAILS :
The 200 MIC Aluminium foil of 2's' grade having 99% purity & fully annealed is laminated with 50 MIC co-polymer film on either side by fusion.
Lamination on process to cater to the moisture barrier needs of jelly filled telephone cable.

ADVANTAGES :
Moisture barrier, resistance to chemical oxidization & corrosion.
Protection against outside interference as a screen.
Sufficient strength with good flexibility.
Non- Magnetic property.
High bond strength.

APPLICATION :
Successfully used by leading P.J.F.T cable manufacturers. As moisture barrier and screening layer.

AVAILABILITY :
These composites are available in jumbo rolls of 500/750 MM width or in narrow width of 30 MM & above having joint less length of 2040 MTRS. The width lesser than 30 MM on special request.
